Our gentle horses, Gia and Sophie, are perfect for first-timers, and our experienced local guides will give you a safety briefing and basic instructions to ensure you feel comfortable and safe throughout your adventure.

Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing suitable for beach activities. We recommend light long-sleeved shirts for sun protection. For your safety, closed-toe shoes like sneakers or water shoes are mandatory. Please avoid flip-flops or sandals. Don't forget sunscreen and a hat!

To ensure the safety and comfort of both our riders and horses, most of our experiences are suitable for ages 8 and up, with a maximum weight limit of 85kg (187 lbs). Our special Family Experiences can accommodate children from 6 years old with close adult supervision.

For the gentle, walking-pace beach rides we offer, helmets are not standard practice, similar to many other resort-based activities in the Maldives. Our top priority is safety, which we ensure through our professionally trained, calm horses and a thorough safety briefing from our expert guides. Participation is at your own discretion.

Gia and Sophie are part of our family. They receive the highest standard of care, including regular veterinary check-ups, a balanced diet, and plenty of time to rest and play. Their well-being is our number one priority.

Your safety is our priority. If there's bad weather, we will reschedule your ride for a better time or provide a full refund. Please note that drone photography is especially sensitive to wind and may be cancelled even if the ride itself is safe to proceed.

Like many adventure-based Maafushi outdoor activities, participants ride at their own risk. We strongly recommend you check with your travel insurance provider to ensure you are covered for equestrian activities. Our focus is on preventative safety measures.

We offer free cancellation up to 4 hours before your scheduled ride. For our popular photography packages, we require 12 hours' notice. Cancellations due to weather are always fully refunded.

You will receive an instant booking confirmation via email with all the details of your chosen Maafushi outdoor activity. We will also send a reminder via WhatsApp the day before your experience with the meeting point and guide's contact information.

Absolutely! We use Stripe, one of the world's most trusted and secure payment processors. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification in the payment industry. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe's encrypted payment gateway.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once we process your refund request, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used. For cancellations due to weather or other circumstances beyond your control, refunds are processed immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

We accept payments in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, and MVR (Maldivian Rufiyaa). Our online payment system automatically handles currency conversion using current exchange rates. Prices are displayed in USD on our website, but you can pay in your preferred currency. Exchange rates are updated regularly to ensure fair pricing. For cash payments on arrival, we accept USD and MVR.

After completing your payment, you'll receive an instant booking confirmation email that serves as your receipt. Additionally, on the booking success page, you can download a detailed receipt by clicking the 'Download Receipt' button. This receipt includes your booking reference number, payment details, and all transaction information. You can also request a receipt via WhatsApp or email at any time.

If your payment fails, don't worry - your booking reservation is still held for 24 hours. You can retry the payment by clicking the 'Retry Payment' button on the payment cancelled page. Common reasons for payment failures include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank security checks. If you continue to experience issues, contact us via WhatsApp or phone and we'll help you complete your booking using an alternative payment method.

You'll receive multiple confirmations when your payment is successful: (1) An instant confirmation email with your booking details and receipt, (2) A booking success page showing your booking reference number and payment summary, (3) A WhatsApp message within 1 hour confirming your booking details. Your booking status will be updated to 'Confirmed' and you'll see a 'Payment Confirmed' badge on your booking details.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For online bookings, payment is processed immediately through our secure payment gateway. If you book via WhatsApp or phone, we can provide a payment link or arrange for cash payment on arrival. Your booking reservation is held for 24 hours - if payment isn't completed within this time, the time slot may become available to other customers.

We don't charge any additional fees for international payments. However, your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees depending on your card type and location. These fees are set by your financial institution, not by us. We recommend checking with your bank about any international transaction fees before making a payment. All prices displayed on our website are final - what you see is what you pay.

You will receive a secure download link via email or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours after your experience. All photos are professionally edited to bring out the vibrant colors of the Maldives.

Of course! You are welcome to bring your own camera or phone. Our guides are happy to help you snap a few pictures with your device during your ride. For professional quality, we highly recommend our photoshoot packages.

This is our premium 45-minute experience and one of the most unique things to do in Maafushi. It combines a beautiful sunset horseback ride with local culture. Your guide will share stories about island life as you enjoy fresh coconut water and traditional Maldivian snacks.
